Say for instance there is a mother and a child. The mother wants that child to have a full sibling, rather then a 1/2 but the father is dead. Would it be possible to somehow segregate the chromosomes from the child to form artifical sperm cells (the same genetic code as the natural sperm used to fertilize the child) and plant into the egg, to form a full sibling? And when do women typically lose fertility?

Why would someone want that? Even "full" siblings may share NO genetic material at all (theoretically, but it is possible to occur).
Theoretically, it could be possible, if you were able to distinguish mother's and father's chromosomes (e.g. with FISH) and sort them.
