topic for paper in biochem

Hello Biologists!
I'm enrolled in a biochem course and I have to write a literature review/paper on a relevant topic. I want to do something exciting and interesting so I thought there was no one better to ask for opinions then you guys !

I was thinking maybe something to do with organ transplants, or the science behind how some clinics advertise how you can choose the sex of your baby or maybe biochemistry and nutrition or invention of new drugs.. I'm not really sure, but I was hoping maybe some of you could pitch in some ideas!
