mitotic/meiotic reproduction ratio?

I just want statistics here. For a normal human body, is it possible to estimate the number of mitotic divisions happening at some point of time? Is this mitotic cell division more frequent when compared to meiotic cell division?
PS: I happen to be a philosopher, rather than a true scientist...
