Is this foot fungus that I have...?
The dry skin is hard and I can cut the dry area with a knife without feeling any pain... :(
This worries me, should I go to the doctor or to the pharmacy and get some foot lotion...?

I have also noticed that my father has lot of dry skin on this feet too... What is the worst consequence if he doesn't do something about it...?

I don't want him to sit on a wheelchair :(

From experience i don't think its anything to worry about. I had something similar recently. It got quite bad and blistered after about 2 hours of football and running but after that its all healed up nicely. So I'd keep an eye on it. You can buy lots of stuff for feet but i dont know understand most of it. Go to your pharmacy and have a look. You can ask the staff there about it.

In the worst case you get what happened to me. It really starts to hurt after a lot of sport. And it could get infected i guess.
It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.

I'm not a doctor but I don't think it is fungus. It looks more like callus. ( I'm not sure if it is the correct word.) It may be painful having them over time.
Try to use something to moisture. And the most important is don't wear shoes that feel uncomfortable.

Ok, I think it's callus too aka dry&hard skin. But what about this:

No, don't remove it with a knife a it can(and probably will)get infected if you do that. I have had lots of things like that in my life and they all healed. I usually get them when i wear new shoes. But if it hurts and won't go away, you should find methods of treatment

It is a fungus. I had this once before when I used to use locker rooms frequently. My Doc. prescribed me 250 mg Lamisil Tablets and it cleared up in like 5 days. My suggestion is to go see your local dermatologist as quickly as possible.
