My Goal is to cure aging.

What should I major it?
Biochemistry?
Bioinformatics?

The current cures for aging involve death. Perhaps Military Sciences would be the shortest path to a cure for aging. However, if you want to ameliorate the effects of aging while keeping folks alive, it is very difficult to predict from which specialty the breakthrough will come. You mention bioinformatics and biochem, which are good options. I'd also suggest looking into molecular biology and cell biology. Good luck!
