Question about lab concentration

Quote "...virus with an initial infectious titer of approximately 7 log10 tissue culture infectious dose (TCID50) per milliliter..."

I have no degree in science. My question is: How does this compare to the viral load found in human blood. Different stages of infection/development.

Edit 1: Sites like this one: http://www.internethealthlibrary.com/He ... ms/HIV.htm
claims that "The concentrations studied were at least 100,000 times greater". I'm unsure about their credibility.

Love your site.
