HELP ME TO IDENTIFY BACTERIAI have been isolated some facultative anaerobic bacteria from water. Please give me some suggestion. I need to report the results a.s.a.p as the ducks of my customer are dying!!!!thank you!!!!
1) Blood agar: greenish-brownish, flat, beta haemolytic, colony edge become dry after 24hr but the middle of the colony is still mucoid. gram stain: gram positive, short rod catalase +ve, oxidase -ve, indole -ve, urease -ve, motility -ve. tsi: A/A, no H2S and gas. 2) Blood agar: greyish, minute, pin-point, non haemolytic. gram stain: gram negative coccus and rod. (pleomorphic) catalase (after a while +ve), oxidase +ve, indole -ve, urease -ve, motility -ve. tsi: A/A, no H2S and gas. 3) blood agar:grey, mucoid, flat, non-haemolytic gram stain: positive, rod with spore catalase +ve, oxidase +ve, indole -ve, urease +ve, motility -ve. tsi: K/K, middle yellow, no H2S and gas. 4) blood agar: greenish-brownish, mucoid, non-haemolytic gram stain: positive, long thin rod/filament catalase +ve, oxidase +ve, indole -ve, urease -ve, motility +ve tsi: A/A, no H2S and gas
