Need your help, microbio<Which technique is older, is used primarily for identification, and does not establish phylogenetic relationship between bacteria?
a. PHAGE b. Nuceleic acid hybridization c. biochemical testing d. amino acid sequencing The slide agglutination test is one type of identification based on: a. phage typing b. biochemical testing c. serology d. protein synthesis
i think...
Which of the 4 are the most simplest form of quickly analysing an organism for a simple yes or no answer e.g oxidase test - does the organism produce cytochrome c oxidases. The test will indentify an ability but not its phylogenetic relationship to other bacteria And the slide agglutiation test, is a specific test for the precence of specific antibodies. (im not answering im just trying to help you get to the answer) Belief is the death of intelligence
