Bioengineering??

Bioengineering??

I'm kinda confused of what to study in college..
I am interested in genetic engineering, but I'm afraid that if i choose this career it will narrow my career opportunities, so should I choose Bioengineering and then specialize in genetics?? is that possible? Is there any other career that has to do with genetics?

Please...any ideas of what i should choose??

why not study genetics and molecular biology and then you can specialize in bioengineering? Anyway, you will need the gen&MolBio basics for bioengineering ;)
