Does anyone has advice on how to study microbial biotechnology??? How to get the concept? they say its easy once u got the concept but i still feel very very confused. _at__at_ thanks ....

Take textbook and read.
But what do you mean by the concept of microbial biotechnology? the dark art of cloning genes in microbial genome (and the afferent sacrifices of undergrads to please the molecular biology gods)? or something more precise?

Like PCR, AFLP those methods, how you apply. I'm pretty scare those case studies questions actually. My lecturer doesn't teach much. When i don't understand and ask her, she will explain but only once. She'll feel like irritated when asked for second time. So I'm pretty worried about this subject.

Try Wikipedia, it's pretty good as a starting place for this kind of information. For example:

Also you can try the company sites and look at the products they sell for these procedures, which often have downloadable protocols and, in the best cases, even introductions to the technology. Try sites of companies like Invitrogen, Bio-rad, or New England Biolabs. Sometimes a Google search on the name of the technology is enough. You should always look beyond your textbook to understand a process -- most things in a textbook are at least five years out of date.
