*HELP* Identification of unknown bacteria

Hi,
I am doing my final year thesis : the topic is marine bacteria associated with sponges.
I had to identify my 3 sampel bacteria. but , until now i cnt able to identify. i really need helps....
Following is the description of my sample A,B,C.

Sampel A
Orange colour colony
oxidase test : -ve
katalase test : +ve
Gram staining: negatife, cocci
API 20NE : +ve
gas NO2, esculin ferric citrate, gelatin.
-ve
gas N2, L–tryptophane, D–glucose, L–arginine, urease, β–galactosidase, D–glucose, L– arabinose, D–mannose, D–mannitol, N–acetyl–glucosamine, D–maltose, potasium gluconate, acid capric, acid adipic, acid malic, trissodium citrate, acid phenylasetic, cytochrome oxysidase

BIOLOG test : +ve
L–arabinose, D–selobiose ,D–Fructose, Gentiobiose, α –D–Glucose, Maltose, D–Mannose, D–Psikose,D Trehalose,Turanose, Ester metyl acid pyruvic, α–Acid Hydrosicbutyric, α–Acid Keto Butyric, D, L – acid lactic
nosin, Gliserol.

I have done my DNA extraction for 11 times, but i cant see the band appeared when i was doing Gel electrophoresis.

I am in my desperate to identify my bacteria without doing the 16s rDNA gene sequecing...hope somebody will help me~. Appreciate .

ok so you take all the information you're there and then go to the key which is probably on the back of lab manual

If you've done all the tests successfully, you must do your body, but according to this key, and your results are ozaenae K. .... not one of your selected bacteria

maybe k. ozaenae, or maybe he did a test incorrectly

A key on the back of a lab manual is unlikely to help on a final year thesis project. Back when I was doing this sort of stuff (over a decade ago) I'd turn to Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology. If you've a culturable organism there's a fair chance it's in there. A more complete taxonomic treatment is in Bergey's manual of systematic bacteriology and you should cross-check your results there, but the better approach is to key out an unknown creature using Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology first. I hope by now an online resource is available based on Bergey's manuals, but I've not looked into that for some time (when I was a grad student the web was young).
