HELP!!bacterial trasformation

Hi!
I have trasformed DH5alpha competent bacteria with a plasmid, and after the heat shock I resuspended them in YPD instead LB!!! Will it work anyway??

Gosh Darn it!
You wanted tuse LB? All protocols I have ever done use SOC which is richer. Your transformation is going to the weeds my friend. Or not.
You might have decreased a little bit the efficiency, but YPD is quite the rich medium anyway, so I guess they should recover nicely. Do not worry.
