c) which compound blocks electron flow to complex 2 ?

In the graph above where oxygen uptake by mitochondria in the presence of glutamate as a substrate, which compound inhibits the flow of electrons into complex 1 ?

So far I've concluded:

1.a) Rotenone
1.b) Rotenone
1.c) Antimycin

Can someone just clarify these and help me on question 2. Thanks

I belive, if there is supposed to be increased oxygen, the electric potential should drop faster

2. similarly as in 1, where have you found it. If you block the flow, the potential should be probably the same, rigth?
