how to produce a radical in vitro?

Postby JackBean » Tue Mar 01, 2011 2:12 pm

Is anyone here familiar with production of any radical compound in vitro?
Currently, I'm using FAD with photoinduction, but I'd like to confirm, that the flavin is not required by itself, but rather the radical is crucial. Do you have any advice?

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
