Anatomical view vs position?

I was given an assignment to write an essay on the anatomic view. However, I'm having difficulty differentiating between the two terms. I thought we must assume the body is facing forward, erect, palms supinated (anatomical position) in order for all the anatomical terms (anterior, posterior, etc.) to be correct? Can someone help? Thanks.

In view of the liver's anatomical position, how does it affect other organ/organs in the same cavity?

I would say that position is like liver are in abdomen, not sure, whether view means the anterior/posterior etc. stuff
