i'm doing a project for my honors biology class & i wanted to know, can anyone explain to me what diffusion is & how it works in our body! I really need some help! thanx

Diffusion and osmosis explanations/demonstrations from Middlebury College.

Two short tutorials with questions, answers, and encouragement (explanations).

Diffusion helps our cells get the needed materials that they need such as water, H2O and 02. Look at these sites- they might help
