Can anyone help me with this question?

I have no idea, what is BGA, but I would guess green algae

Generally they are either a green alga or a cyanobacterium. The cyanobacterium case is the more interesting to me, as in many cases they can fix nitrogen and contribute to the nitrogen fertilization of a forest.
