Print partial chromatogram

Hi all,

Just got the sequence of a successful ligation..... I also got it as a chromatogram (ab1 extension).

I use BioEdit to look at it, but I want to print only the relevant part from that long chromatogram to make my notebook nice and tidy.

Do you have a clue as to how to do it?

You are probably right man.... just wanted to remember I good sequencing quality, I gues I can just write it down.
