i want to know exactly about If These prepareds acting or no as enzymatic as Pancreatin.

i want to know What its the use and what is the roll and the function of these preparations of pig unlike the pancreatin.

In what level acts the preparations of pig stomach, duodeno of pig. It works concerning the pancreas, stomach, intestine, etc? They are really necessary for people who has pancreatic insuficiency .

What researchs has been done?
Because I have not been able to find

What about liver extract? It helps to digest food, act as enzymatic?

I only get a few prepared that contains these ingredients.
