p16 in NCBIHi everyone,
Can somebody help me use the NCBI database in order to find "p16”? (a tumor suppressor gene involved in cell cycle regulation). I know that its official gene symbol is “CDKN2A”. I would also need to know what other aliases this gene has, as well as the Entrez ID of that gene. Thanks in advance for your help
then go to www.pubmed.com choose Protein from the menu, write p16 OR CDKN2A (shouldn't it be CDK2A?) and press Enter. Then just pick the one you like

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
