How to calculate extinction coefficient of resistomycin

For example,The total carotenoid (mg/L culture liquid) was calculated according to the following formula
TC (mg/L) = ADV1/ 0.16V2 (1)
where TC denotes the total catotenoid yield (mg/L culture liquid), A the absorbance of diluted extract solution at 480 nm, D the dilution ratio, V1 the volume of acetone added, 0.16 is extinction coefficient of carotenoid, and V2 is the volume of fermentative liquid.

Like wise I have to calculate for resistomycin pigment production. So I need extinction coefficient of resistomycin
