How disappointing spam for crap growth hormones.
I was hoping to improve either the look of my Christmas tree, that would have bee in keeping with the season. Or even better having new tips for my pipettes that allow me to till the end of those bottle that are just this little too deep for my regular tips to reach.

Don't listen to the first post. It's in your genes that determine whether you'll grow or not. It's ALL in your genes. I'm exactly 6 feet tall and I never did an ounce of what the first post is saying. I grew tall because my great-grandpa was tall, I got his genes and those genes were activated, no this fucking pituitary gland releasing its hormones one hour after I sleep. You need more sources to prove your point. By the way, copy pasting articles from other sites doesn't count.
Hi, what aaronw mentioned got its own point as well. Yes, genetic is important, but do you know that Phenotype equal to Genotype + Environmental factor? Both your parents/ grandparents genes and your living environment affect your growth (phenotype). Even if a person has whole pedigree of tall family member, but if this person is grown under insufficient nutrient and constantly lack of sleeping time, he wont reach the height as in coded in his genes because of environmental factor.
It is not easy to grow taller in short time because it will take some times to get perfect result. You can follow some steps to grow some inches hight. Start stretching exercise to your leg in Cardio. Hanging is another good way to grow hight. You should eat fish and other healthy fruits and vegetable.
