GI tract wall

Hey,

I have an assignment due soon, and I have looked in all my books and all over the net, and I cant find what im looking for.

I have to describe how the structure of the wall of the GI tract varies along its length e.g. oesophagus wall, stomach wall, small intestine wall, and large intestine wall. and explain how this is related to the function of each section??
