Reading a FISH image

Postby DivyaG » Fri Nov 26, 2010 9:58 pm

Hey guys,

Can someone tell me how to read and interpret a FISH image? If, for example, a FISH test is carried out using probes that hybridise to centromeres 13 and 21, 14 and 22 and 15 and we can see res spots in chromosomes 13 and 21 centromere and does not indicate this in the marker, what can you say?

Please help! x
