Why do chromosomes carry multiple genes in a precise order?

why not? I don't get your question. It's one piece of DNA carrying several genes, so why should they be randomized?

Cis or trans? That's what matters.

50% similarity between father and child is sufficient, remember child obtained the genetic material from both father and mother.

Is the XX and XY just indication on male and female only, or it really indicate the gene on X and Y?

XY and XX both contains genetic information for the organism and as well indicate whether it is M or F. Just so you know, the X chromosome is mainly the boss, the genes from the Y aren't used that much, so in reality its very BIG X and very very very very small Y.

We do not do parental testing, go ask your doctor about that!
