Dear users,

We are starting to do cell culturing of suspension cells. Wondering if there are techniques to see viable cells other than tryphan blue and how to separate dead and living cells.

FACS and live/dead cell fluorescent dyes (like propidium iodide) It is quick and easy if you have acess to this kind of machine. Otherwise no idea.
