Immunoassay kit 15-deoxy-delta 12,14-Prostaglandin J2

Hello,
does anyone have an experience in the Immunoassay kit 15-deoxy-delta 12,14-Prostaglandin J2?
I want to use it for adipose tissue and I need it to homogenize but in which buffer. I try to do it in PBS but every samples was absolutly wrong (doublets completely bad and result concentration was also bad- to big). But standards and calibration curve were excellent.
