Motif Database

hi..
im bioinformatics student and making a practice software, in that im using a small motif database made by myself, but couldn't find motifs and there details to add in that database, all motifs databases only provide the facility of "finding motifs in a protein sequence". can anyone help meeee..

i need motif Sequences so that i can make my database, actually im making a motif finder

then you probably need to look to PDB or some sort of structure database.
Look for DALI search, there you could find some appropriate info
