any one ever seen a doctrine call "The Palm an the Shell"??????

ooohh Nature...............

The secrets of life are coded into the sequence of bases (A, C, T and G) that line up along the backbone of a DNA molecule. When two complementary strands come together to form a double helix, the bases recognize each other and pair up in a wholly predictable manner — A with T, and C with G.

Although DNA is a versatile construction material in the nano-world, it is often the case that metals are required to impart electrical or magnetic functionality to materials. Now, Mitsuhiko Shionoya from the University of Tokyo in Japan and colleagues1 have made DNA strands containing artificial bases that pair up when bridged by metal ions. Two different sets of new bases are used — one set selectively recognizes and binds copper whereas the other prefers mercury. In this way, it is possible to line up a chain of different metal ions along the core of the double helix in a sequence that is programmed by the order of the bases on the DNA backbone.

Shionoya and co-workers demonstrate the assembly of ten metal ions (5 Cu and 5 Hg) in a sequence-specific arrangement inside an artificial DNA duplex. They suggest that this methodology may have implications for magnetic nanostructures, molecular conduction and even chemical catalysis
performance of organic semiconductor arrays made by conventional methods is limited by electrical interference or 'cross-talk' between neighbouring devices.
Vector field microscopic imaging of light

The behaviour of nanoscale optical devices in a variety of burgeoning research areas, such as photonic crystals1, 2, 3, 4, near-field microscopy5, 6, 7, surface plasmonics8, 9, 10, 11 and negative index of refraction materials12, 13, 14, 15, 16, is governed by strongly localized electromagnetic waves. Although such light waves are analogous to the localized electronic wavefunctions that determine the properties of solid-state quantum devices, unlike matter waves, these optical fields are vectorial in nature, and their orientation and magnitude vary on a subwavelength scale. In order to obtain a complete description of light in nanoscale devices, it is therefore crucial to be able to map the field vectors with subwavelength resolution. Thus far, local field vectors have mostly been studied by theoretical means. Here, we describe and demonstrate the first experimental mapping of vector fields of light on the nanoscale. By directly accessing the local field in its entirety, new capabilities and applications in nanophotonics may emerge
a combination of contact printing and vapour growth to selectively deposit single crystals of organic molecules directly between the source and drain electrodes of transistors on both rigid and flexible substrates. Initially, films of hydrophobic organic molecules (octadecyltriethoxysilane) were patterned on either silicon/silicon dioxide or flexible polymer substrates. Vapour deposition of organic semiconductors including both p-type (rubrene) and n-type (C60) materials resulted in single-crystal growth selectively on the patterned films. Crystal growth occurred quickly across large areas and the electrical characteristics of 14times14 arrays of rubrene transistors were comparable with conventional amorphous silicon and organic thin-film transistors.

The ability to control the spatial location and density of mocrystals is a major advance for their use as organic semiconductors for large-area flexible electronics.

Biological molecules are increasingly used in nanotechnology, in part because of their self-assembly properties. In particular, coat proteins, which usually surround viruses, have the potential to self-assemble and encapsulate and transport drugs or DNA. However, it is not easy to control the capsule shape.

Now, Jeroen Cornelissen, of Radboud University, and co-workers1 in the Netherlands have made new highly stable nanoparticles by combining coat proteins with a polymer, polystyrene sulphonate. Although polymer–coat-protein nanoparticles have been synthesized before, the authors find instead of the naturally occurring larger capsule shape, the coat proteins surround 100% of the polymers forming new smaller (16 nm) particles that remain stable for several weeks and over a wide pH range.

Cornelissen and co-workers conclude that electrostatic interactions between the polymer and coat proteins must be important in forming smaller nanoparticles. When the relative concentration of the polymer is decreased, interactions between the coat proteins appear to dominate particle formation, resulting in the naturally occurring larger shape. As parts of the N-terminus, which is involved in binding, were found to be missing in all the coat proteins, the authors now plan to examine the role such absences play in nanoparticle formation.

Thank you for the clarification Nadas, helps a lot.
Thank you Tam, for your patience here, the suffering alone heightens suspicions.
To any who may take offence to my recent stance;
I hold in great respect ancient orders; I have disdain for any who simply hides behind secrecy and arcane mystique for their own nefarious purposes. I am not insinuating anybody, merely stating, that whilst tolerance is needed here, as, ostensibly, we are all in the same boat, we need to be mindful of the current state of fear that exists.
To Tams assertion that the full truth would be too hard to swallow, I say this, my bath often looks like an abbatoir floor; We are ready to receive!!!
A few unrelated left feild thoughts:
1; Frank E Perretti "This Present Darkness", interesting perspective from a thought provoking Author.
2: Found this in the olde worlde dictionary I used for all my "Sapient" words in previous posts.
I give it as it is, from Nuttall's Standard Dictionary 1919. I give it without prejudice, in the spirit of understanding.

To render it's powers certian, it was written on paper as many times as it has letters, ommitting the last letter each time until only one remained, and placing the words in such a succession as to form an equalateral triangle. "Luminescence"

Juniper's Jewels and poplar's pearls
are unseen treasures manifested in whorls.

Nature's lattice glory, iridescent delight,
with gleaming rhodopsin, the hue of midnight.

Transcendental translucence, dioptrics by day,
repeated refractions, transfusing the way.

Perpetual prisms, crystals catching the light,
show spectral sensations spiraling right.

Opalescent ochre warms an amberlite glow,
release-factor hybrids, in layers they grow.

Silicon silk weaves a serpentine star,
as diatoms dance, fluorescing feldspar.

Vitreous veils anneal glycerine glass,
as shy cyanide yields a molecular mass.

Bituminous blaze effervesces the ebb,
while synthetically spinning a wintergreen web.

Metalllic migration shines aluminum awe,
as ions exchange and caress cosmic law.

Research the wonder, glaze up at the skies,
rosy dawn blooms, as desert dew dries.

Take note the night network, of Yggdrasil's energy,
as above, so below, the ancient art of atometry.

(a little poem I wrote back in August of 1996)

Yggdrasil , Kratos and the World Tree code Blue .... a laymans sentance?

next snippet is from MFROMCANADAs SUper find!!!
We have selected the following viral peptides for further consideration in this project:
1) The Influenza virus protein Hemagglutinin (HA) peptide HA2 [47]
2) The Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV 1) peptide gp41 [48]
3) The Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (HRSV) protein subunit F1 [49]
4) The Simian Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) protein gp41 [50]
5) The Human T cell Leukemia virus type 1, protein gp21 [51]
6) The Simian Parainfluenza Virus peptide unit SV5 [52]
7) Ebola virus protein gp2 [53]
Each one of these peptides can result in a different VPL motor that can have different properties such as different weight, volume, range of motion, force and speed capabilities. However, the principle of actuation is the same. Studies have shown that the common characteristic in these viruses is the structure of a portion of the surface protein (envelope glycoprotein) and the mode of infection. The envelope glycoproteins of these viruses can be divided into two subunits, which are a result of proteolytic cleavage of a common precursor protein. The two subunits have different functions. For example, in the case of HIV 1 the precursor glycoprotein is gp160, which is proteolytically cleaved into gp120 and gp41 subunits. The gp120 is the surface subunit and the gp41 is the transmembrane (TM) subunit. The surface subunit serves to recognize the cell to be infected when it comes in the vicinity of the virus with the help of receptors located on the cell surface. The gp41 mediates membrane fusion between the viral and cellular membranes. It has been found that gp41, and corresponding TM subunits in other (above listed) viruses acquire an alpha-helical conformation when the virus is in its active or fusogenic state. The structure is like a hairpin composed of three coils, having one C terminal (carboxy- end) and the other N terminal (amino-end). The carboxy regions pack in an anti-parallel manner around the three hydrophobic amino ends as shown in Figure 10. This coiled coil structure undergoes a conformational change induced by mildly acidic conditions (i.e. pH around 5). This change is required for the process of membrane fusion, i.e. the fusion of viral and cellular membranes essential for infection of the cell. With the change in pH, the N-terminals pop out of the inner side and the peptide acquires a straightened position or the fusogenic state.

Has anyone looked into using "Fulvic Acid" as a possible therapeutic agent for our condition? I asked Tamtam about it, but he isn't familiar with it. Here is a link and some information regarding its properties:

http://www.livearth.com/articles/art5.htm

Fulvic Acid Major Attributes

World’s Finest Electrolyte Fulvic Acid is an organic natural electrolyte that can balance and energize biological properties.

Promotes Electrochemical Balance as Donor or Receptor

Fulvic acid is available at times as an electron donor and at other times as an electron acceptor, based on the cells requirement for balance. One reaction that occurs is when the chemical species loose electrons as a donor. The other reaction is a reduction in which the active species gains electrons as an acceptor.
A recent study of the binding donor molecule to fulvic acid in a solution revealed direct evidence for donor-acceptor charge transfer mechanisms. Trace minerals in the fulvic acid electrolyte could also be beneficial in this process by serving as electrode.

Most Powerful Natural Free Radical Scavenger & Antioxidant Known

Free radicals of fulvic acid behave as electron donors or acceptors, depending upon the need for balance in the situation. Fulvic acid can in some ways take part in oxidation-reduction with transition metals reactions.

Complexes Dissolve Minerals & Trace Elements

Fulvic acid is especially active in dissolving minerals and metals when solutions are in water. The metallic minerals simply dissolve into ionic form, and disappear into the fulvic structure becoming bio-chemically reactive and mobile. The fulvic acid actually transforms these minerals and metals into elaborate fulvic acid molecular complexes that have vastly different characteristics from their previous metallic mineral form. Fulvic acid is nature’s way of “chelating” metallic minerals, turning them into readily absorbable bio-available form. Fulvic acid also has the unique ability to weather and dissolve silica that it comes in contact with.

Enhances Nutrients

Fulvic acid enhances the availability of nutrients and makes them more readily absorbable, allowing minerals to regenerate and prolong time of essential nutrients. It prepares minerals to react with cells and allows minerals to inter-react with one another, breaking them down into the simplest ionic form, chelated by the fulvic acid electrolytes.

Transports Nutrients

Fulvic acid readily complexes with minerals and metals making them available to plant roots and easily absorbable through cell walls. It makes minerals such as iron, that are not usually very mobile, easily transported through plant structures. Fulvic acids dissolve and transpose vitamins, coenzymes, auxins, hormones, and natural antibiotics that are generally found throughout the soil making them available.

Fulvic acid can often transport many times its weight in dissolved mineral elements.

Catalyzes Enzyme Reactions

Fulvic acid has close association with enzymes that increases activity of enzymes and especially influences respiratory catalysts. Fulvic acids increase the activity of several enzymes including alkaline phosphates, transaminase, and invertase.

Increases Assimilation

Fulvic acid organic metal complexes are of a low molecular weight, low molecular size, and are capable of a high degree of penetration into cells. Fulvic acid complexes and chelates are able to readily pass through semi-permeable membranes such as cell walls. It is important to note its been determined that fulvic acids not only has the ability to transport nutrients through cell membranes, but also sensitizes cell membranes and various physiological functions as well.

Stimulates Metabolism

Fulvic acid appears to cause the genetic mechanism of plants to function at a higher level. It has been concluded that when plant cells are exposed to fulvic acid it can improve growth. Oxygen is absorbed more intensely in the presence of fulvic acids.

Detoxified Pollutants

An important aspect of Fulvic acid is related to their sorptive interaction with environmental chemicals, either before or after they reach concentrations, toxic to living organism’s. Fulvic acid rapidly detoxifies the toxic herbicide known as Fulvic Acid rapidly detoxifies Paraquat. It has a special function with respect to the demise of organic compounds applied to soil as pesticides.

Fulvic acid is vital in helping form new species of metal ions, binding with organic pollutants such as pesticides and herbicides, and catalyzing the breakdown of toxic pollutants. Radioactive substances react rapidly with fulvic acid, and only a brief time is required for equilibrium to be reached. All radioactive elements are capable of reacting with fulvic acid and thus forming organo-metal complexes of different absorptive stability and solubility.

Dissolves Silica

Fulvic acids are especially important because of their ability to complex or chelate metal ions and interact with silica. It has been shown that these interactions may increase the concentrations of metal ions and silica found in water solutions to levels that are far in excess of their assumed dissolution ability.

Synthesis

Fulvic acid complexes have the ability to bio-react one with another, and also inter-react with cells to synthesize or transmute new mineral compounds. The transmutation of vegetal silica and magnesium to form calcium in animal and human bones is a typical example of new synthesis of mineral's.

Enhances Cell Division and Elongation

Fulvic acid stimulates and balances cells, creating optimum growth and replication conditions.

Enhances the Permeability of Cell Membranes

Fulvic acids act as specific cell sensitizing agents and enhance the permeability of the cell membrane.

Increases Metabolism of Proteins

Fulvic acid intensifies the metabolism of proteins. Definitely increases DNA content in cells and increases and enhance the rate of RNA synthesis.

Catalyzes Vitamins within the Cell

Fulvic acid has the ability to complex vitamins into its structure, where they are presented to the cell in combination with complexed minerals. In this perfect natural condition, they can be catalyzed and utilized by the cell. In absence of adequate trace minerals, vitamins are unable to perform their proper function.

Chelates All Monovalent & Divalent Elements to Which It Is Exposed

Fulvic acid has the power to form stable water-soluble complexes with monovalent, divalent, trivalent, and polyvalent metal ions. It can aid the actual movement of metal ions that are normally difficult to mobilize or transport. Fulvic acids are excellent natural chelators, cation exchangers, and are vitally important in the nutrition of cells.

In reviewing and evaluating these reports, it is important to bear in mind that leading scientists agree with Roger J. Williams in recognizing the following fact;

“the building blocks present in the metabolic machinery of human beings are, in the great majority of cases, exactly the same as the building blocks contained in the metabolic machinery of other organisms of extremely different types.”

Well, any ideas or thoughts about this stuff??? I would certainly hate to ingest this and then discover it had an opposite/negative effect. But yet, it is tempting to at least give it a try. :?: I don't know, I'm undecided, yet Fulvic Acid is something I have been pondering for years now. So any input or suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks guys, and I do apologize for the length of this post.

8) No, most assuredly not. But then again, you and Al would already know that, since apparently both of you have been initiated.

BTW, since the subject has been brought up, I am curious whether there are any correlations between this hermetic/cabalistic area and our "condition". I have found some relevant points in my own personal life, but never gave it much weight. However, if anyone else draws similar conclusions from their own life experiences, then maybe we have something substantial. I do not wish to delve into this area here, but a PM could start the ball rolling.

Thanks coden, it is a very interesting study, I happened upon it after searching "arcane statements", as I have several instances where "allusions" have been directed at me using, what I considered to be, a statement/term with a hidden/dualistic meaning.
I was simply looking for a thread of modus operandi to confirm my suspicions regarding the etiology of this disease, and the chain of command, and the surreptitious ordering of events, which has turned into a ten year epic saga.
I found what I sought, through this link:
http://www.geocities.com/collectumherme ... osophy.htm
Now, lets draw a long bow, and extrapolate our "known knowns", into the scope of the above article; we will quickly see how a Grand Ultimate Supreme conspiracy scenario can be bought forth.
Oh, to be a Lawyer, on this one, to prosecute this would be an Honour and a Delight.

I just did some quick searches on fulvic acid, it triggered some memories from my days as a farmer. I think it is a component of what is generically known as humic acid, a vital colloid forming acid, vital for the assimilation of organic matter into humus, and in roles of cation exchange and buffering activities.
In South America, there are areas within the forest which were cultivated by long gone civilizations. To this day, the areas treated by the Indians, actually INCREASE the actual depth of soil, teeming with humic fractions.
Sounds good to me.

....."For our purposes, the plasmid was double digested, that is it was cut by two endonucleases. Nucleases SapI and XhoI were used for the digestion of the plasmid. Rather that cutting the target sequence with these enzymes to yield the cohesive ends, the cohesive ends were included in the construction of the target . The ends were allowed to anneal to generate the circular recombinant plasmid. The recombinant plasmids were introduced, or transformed, into bacterial cells made competent – that is, transiently permeable to DNA. The cells became transfected, meaning they took up the recombinant plasmid. These cells grew and divided, creating multiple copies of cells containing the recombinant DNA. In order to select the cells that were successfully transfected, we grew the cells in the presence of the antibiotic ampicillin. As the plasmids carried genes for ampicillin resistance, only those cells containing the recombinant DNA survived. Before purifying the proteins to begin the characterization portion of the work, a sample of the recombinant plasmid was purified and sent for sequencing. The results showed that the base sequence for the amino acids was missing one base pair. In other words, the entire reading frame for the protein was out of frame by one base pair"
