also detected in most samples of cyano is BMAA and BMAA like toxins which are associated with many neuro degenerative diseases

Tam Tam,

Are you still planning to release new video before the Florida conference?

You said it would be easier for us biology-illiterate sufferers. Will that still be the case? Please keep us informed. It seems as though a lot of things are finally moving. What is your opinion on the recent media activity?

Best Regards,

Skytroll,

So very sorry you are in such pain. You might find this enlightening.

Cyanobacterial lipopolysaccharides and human health

and...great hyperlinks at bottom in references)

Now what? Salmonella in the Fruit Fly?

snip:

A hallmark of pathogens is their ability to manipulate their hosts at both a cellular and organismal level. This exploitation of the host can involve the production of specific toxins, secretion of virulence effectors into host cells via type III and type IV secretion apparatuses, or mimicry of host signaling molecules (Young et al. 2002; Gruenheid and Finlay 2003). The host organism can combat the infection with an array of innate and adaptive immune responses. Because there are so many possible combinations of thrusts, feints, and parries, there are many potential outcomes to this battle, ranging from a simple skirmish to defeat for one or the other of the combatants. As a result, microbes can produce acute and virulent infections in diseases such as cholera or plague or can take a path to cause persistent infections as in tuberculosis, Lyme disease, or host-adapted salmonellosis. It is important to understand which bacterial and host factors determine whether a microbe will cause epidemic disease, be a brief nuisance infection, or become a commensal.

Anyone care to offer a suggestion as to what he is saying here?
Is he offering access to the agent?

London It would actually be a good idea to actually READ what you post!

The first paper state in the abstract
Although cyanobacterial LPS is widely cited as a putative toxin, most of the small number of formal research reports describe cyanobacterial LPS as weakly toxic compared to LPS from the Enterobacteriaceae.
and in the conclusion
From what little is known to date about the toxic potential of cyanobacterial LPS, i.e. that they are weakly toxic compared to those of the Enterobacteriaceae, gut-derived LPS would seem to be the more likely candidate for augmenting the pathology of cyanotoxins. In vivo studies of oral exposure to cyanotoxins would be well served by use of a vomiting-capable model, i.e. non-rodent experiments.

There does not appear to be good evidence that cyanobacterial LPS are likely to initiate cutaneous reactions in healthy people exposed in recreational or occupational settings. Cutaneous reactions to cyanobacteria are discussed in detail elsewhere [257-259].

Exposure to bio-aerosols containing cyanobacterial endotoxins may be worthy of investigation, but we are not convinced that cyanobacteria-related acute respiratory illness in non-atopic, non-allergic individuals is not equally or more likely to be explained by inhalation of cyanobacterial exotoxins.

So not really linking it to any pathologies, even less so your disease.
And the second one is just describing a laboratory model (it's easier to contaminate fruit flies than human subject, you know).
Once again to all the posters, before going in trance because of a scientific report you barely understand, use your barin and read it. The science is not a secret world implied in dark manipulation of the world, as implied by tamtam, but a rather open world (mind you, those scary pieces of info were put on the net by scientist eager to share their discovery in the first place) that nevertheless requires some time to understand. If it takes time to get a PhD it is not only because scientist want to restrain access to their little private club. It is because understanding all that actually takes quite some time to study.

Sadly the patent thing in biologi has become a huge and nasty (IMHO) deviation of what it was intented to promote. But this is another story and:

-patents are public, hence even if you cannot use what is protected, you what is protected
-they cannot be used to block academic, not for profit research. So even if someone patents LPS, you can still work and study LPS, although you cannot make money out of that research.

And understanding mean being able to understand what you post and not claim that fungi are prions, that a colony is a quorum, or whatever absurdity...

Canalon,

I sure hope when you grow up you do not choose a career as a teacher.

Also, I believe I had Skytrolls name on the paper and she already wrote me and said thank you. So, I prefer to benefit from her remarks.....

now this one was easier for me to read:

Body lice as tools for diagnosis and surveillance of reemerging diseases.

Roux V, Raoult D.

Unite des Rickettsies, CNRS UPRES-A 6020, Faculte de Medecine, 13385 Marseille, France.

Body lice are vectors of three bacteria which cause human disease: Rickettsia prowazekii, the agent of epidemic typhus; Bartonella quintana, the agent of trench fever; and Borrelia recurrentis, the agent of relapsing fever. A recrudescence of body lice is being observed as the numbers of individuals living under social conditions which predispose individuals to infestation have increased. Because this phenomenon may lead to the reemergence of infections transmitted by body lice, we aimed to assess the occurrence and prevalence of the three agents described above in more than 600 body lice collected from infested individuals in the African countries of Congo, Zimbabwe, and Burundi, in France, in Russia, and in Peru. The presence of the three bacteria in each louse was determined by specific PCR amplification, and the identities of the organisms detected were confirmed by determination of the nucleotide base sequences of the amplification products. Using this approach, we were able to confirm the presence of R. prowazekii in lice collected from refugees in Burundi, among whom typhus was epidemic, and the presence of B. quintana in lice collected from all locations except the Congo. B. recurrentis was never found. Molecular approaches are convenient tools for the detection and identification of bacterial DNA in body lice and for the epidemiological study of louse-borne bacteria from countries where no medical and biological laboratory facilities are available.

And Canalon,

Since you are so into dissing and being rude about it (there are other ways) why don't I make it plain and clear for you and everyone else?

Our disease is caused by the parasitoid wasp.....and more importantly,
the bacteria that was cloned into it called Wolbachia!

now, maybe that suits you better? No? Okay, the National Science Foundation is behind the whole thing....

and not only is it the parasitoid; it's synthetic. Yep a synthetic, parasitoid (robotic) wasp is the cause of this flesh eating skin disease.

The wasp were at one time released in Mission texas in 1993 (40,000 of them.)

Now the three states with the highest rates of the fiber/morgellons disease are also the three states this wasp was released in.
Texas, Cali and Florida

They used it for biocontrol of the white fly that eats the melons, etc.

I can assure you of everything I just printed and have a plethora of documents to back it up.

Now, I bet this gets erased but it will only get posted elsewhere. Is that closer to what you wanted CANALON?????

If you want, I can name names....from the inventor(s) to the investors.

Thought I should throw in it causes Bartonella and Erlichia(sp?) in humans...hence the II Cat-scratch Disease which is synomymous with Bacillary Angiomatosis (really HIV) and it also causes multifocal Leukoencephaloathy which is a horrible mental disease that there is no cure for and also causes AIDS.....(unless you get lucky and beat it) the virus in insects is called polydnavirus and as far as I can tell in humans that would be equiv. to the polymovirus which is the exact same thing as the latter I wrote above.

Just saw the ABC show and the best thing that was said was that a forensic lab tested the fibers and compared it to all the elements in their datatbase and the darn thing was not like anything they had ever seen before and they could not compared it to anything in the database and they could not even tell what it was made of.

So anyone who tells you that you have fibers from outside your body you can tell them to take a huge hike! They could not ID it at all!

Scary.........real scary...but very cool!

Now we are getting mainstream . This may be a bit rash but I am decting an abnormaly large silicon entity, or rather giga cell of non optical atom thin membrane construct vesticals transacting microbial mimcry and hyperintelligence coordinating symbiosis with huminoid as nucleaic agent.
93 currents, non local biogenic panspermia liberate time dependant torsion lattice, high traffic only intersects quatization thru void reactors semi conducted via planitoid/flora bond by hydromagnetic plasma induced gravity lens, as required for dynamic gamma communication of a time dependant atomic lattice beyond optical spectrum.
condinsates of such origin are co located out of phase of the temporeal shift. cosmic magnetic cycles are synchronus and neuclaic harmonics catalycticaly
induce biogensis with or without discrepentcies .
