I missed the first part of Cill and the gangs discussion on the horrible topic of curbing the human population....and that possibly being a reason for this gm organism being around........they quickly dismissed the idea which was comforting but yet, I dunno......I mean, look at this following
sentence, then think about it again.....

World population is expected to double to more than 10 billion people by the year 2050. Few other new technologies will be able to approach biotechnology's potential to help avoid starvation in the next century.
hmm...just something I will always ponder.....

when they talked about funds to study this.....does anyone know if we have reached the trillionth dollar mark on killing the Iraqi's yet? Hmmm...I bet we have or surely we are close.....

and I saw where someone made a semi-wise comment on the thoughts of possibilby Bill Gates and his monetary benevolence filtering over to us.....

Posters at the right-wing Free Republic message board today were roused into a fury of indignation by a news story about the New York Times' revelations of the administration's illegal programs of warrantless surveillance. Posted by an individual calling himself or herself "pissant," the story quoted Vice-President Cheney as saying:

"The New York Times has now twice -- two separate occasions -- disclosed programs; both times they had been asked not to publish those stories by senior administration officials. They went ahead anyway. The leaks to The New York Times and the publishing of those leaks is very damaging."……

I hope they are all feeling well. Perhaps they have this condition and do not know it which could have brought on temporary paranoia. Is that a contagious condition??? Seems to be.

If she is profiting from the killing of innocent people, what makes anyone believe she is or would be concerned with the Fiber Disease killing us? Get real here!

And, the fact that Senator Santorum helped set up the Morgellons Research Foundation is shady in its self and should be of major concern to all of us. Take a political science class if you must. Actions speak louder than words and this holds especially true with our politicians.

Domestic terrorists and chemical weapons

While the efforts of intelligence and security services around the world are directed against Al-Qaeda and other extremist Islamic groups, there is an ongoing threat from individuals whose beliefs and behaviour put them in the so-called 'lone nut' category of terrorists. In the United States, recent cases have involved domestic terrorists who identify with white supremacist groups and militias. These individuals tend to have apocalyptic religious or racist views. They may be loosely affiliated to small extremist groups. The Oklahoma City bombing, the worst terrorist attack in the US before 9/11, was committed by a domestic extremist and US army veteran. Added to the collection and use of guns, bombs and other conventional weapons is the possible use by such individuals of home-made chemical and biological weapons.

Perot funded the first research done for Guld war syndrome and actaully got the vets hospitals to recognize it as a disease. He funded all the research himself. Hard to find links but a true story if you are good at researching things. NIH would not give him a grant.

Anyone gonna write the scientist in their state and ask for help or are we just gonna travel in outer sapce with more theories?

Hi, Yes, I too thought the bacteriophages would be helpful, but not in our case...(My opinion here) but think of iit this way.........

The bacteriophage and the bacteria- fighting over symbiotic insects.

What do you know about the Phorid fly?

That it carries Beauveria bassiana, and before that thelophania was used. You do have agriculture connections to your labs.
