Computers? Nuts?

Postby Systemic » Fri Sep 22, 2006 8:23 am

Okay, now we are in my speciality.
You guys help me with the science, I will help you with the computer science.

1. Are you on a router? if so we need to make sure that the default password for the router/s has/have been changed to anything other than default. it allows them access to your network.
you can do this by logging in to the router. if you need help ask. I sit behind two routers(two different brands) just to make damn sure(this is not neccessary but nice).

2. Windows password. Most people have one functioning but if you are like me and you are the only user of your machine then you like it to boot straight thru when you turn it on. bad idea. go to control/panel/users and edit your account adding/changing a/your password. by not having a password once someone does gain access to your network can grant access thru exploits in XP.(every operating system has them).
ex. did you know that if you put a windows 2000 setup cd in a xp machine it will run the recovery console allowing anyone in that machine regardless of the password. anyway.

3. FireWall/antivirus. Now I know what you are going to say. I have one. Not. I repeat. Not. Norton, Macafee, PCcillian, PolarBear, AVG, and just about all of the More well known firewalls/antivirus utilities are crap. Take norton for example. I worked on a clients machine about a year ago. Norton reported no problems. Antivira removed 2600+ virul files, that's right 2600+
virus files from this machine, i was in awe that this thing even booted.

Antivirus/Firewall recommendations.
a. I use Antivir, the best damn antivirus utility I have ever seen. get it here. for some reason they won't even sell it to americans anymore. wonder why.
http://www.free-av.com

b. for My firewall I use Sygate. Now this might be tough because sygate was bought by who? Symantec. Guess those boys don't like competition.
don't know how to tell ya to find it as support for this has been discontinued. I still feel that even now with out any updates for more than a year it is still the best firewall on the block. blocks any and everything.
Did you know that windows has over 5 proccess that access the web reguarly but you only need one to surf the web.(Explorer. keys for thought)
If you can't find Sygate, email me personally and i miight be able to help.
you may find that other firewalls are o.k. my biggest grief is with the antivirus utilities, but none the less, I trust sygate.
Systemicmetal@yahoo.com
u, ah, wait a minute. check here.
http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/sygate-free-6_0.html
Just like windows, make sure u change the default password for your firewall.

4. Spyware. everybodies favorite and probably what Got Randy and London. Now Sygate would normally alert you if an unauthorized program is accessing the web either in or out bound traffic(beautiful) which usually thwarts this type of crap, but we still need spyware.
I use Ad Aware. you should run a full system scan.(yes the entire drive/s) about once a week. takes a while so I do it while I sleep. It is free and it is found here.
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware

5. Isp. who is your isp. I use broadband. It has been my finding that dsl is loaded with attacks. I once set up a machine just to regulate my internet. Like this. Modem to computer with 2 lan cards, second card out to router. effectively allowing me to monitor all traffic coming in before it hits the router. a gateway machine if you will. once I had a junker pc set up as a defensive end what I found amazed me. almost every 60secs on dsl someone was attempting to hack my network. port scans ect.. Just like our bodies when it comes to our computers, especially for the heavy users like me, we know when something is wrong. trust that feeling, and hold it. k Might be a little iregular hard disk activity, maybe alot. maybe a little sluggish. ect.. these things are telling you something. Like back in the day when you have a computer whose screensaver starts running slowly. chances are that there is a bad cpu fan. or at least it use to be that easy.
My point. pay attention to your traffic when your computer is at idle. is it idle? bet not. I found that windows will report being idle with no network activity yet my router and sygate beg to differ. so reinforceing steps 1-4 with a little common sense. pay attention to your network. not obsessively just observantly. knowledge is power and if you know they are there then you can do something about it like block their ass with your router or sygate.

6. Registry cleaner. I found that Abexo is great. It is extremely hard to find a registry cleaner that won't trash your system, but will actually get the job done. Ablexo is my answer. just like the rest it is free and it kicks but. You may need to pay attention to what it wants to delete. In my case it did a fabulous job of removing unwanted entries in the registy, but it did delete a couple I needed. I had to reinstall my video driver and my digital camera driver, that was it and it was worth it. just pay attention to what it wants to delete. obviously I was sleeping at the wheel that day. You can get Ablexo here.
http://www.download.com/Abexo-Free-Registry-Cleaner/3000-2094_4-10434887.html

Finally and most importantly. Back up your data. age old I know. Usb hard drives are becoming cost effective and fast. so. get one. When you use your pc keep it off. put your files in a temp folder called "whatever" on "X"drive. when you are ready to back up. Turn off your Modem and then transfer you files to your usb. Just a way of keeping your data safe as a precaution. when you drag drop to the usb drive your original files will stay in their locale and a copy will be made on the external drive.

Randy, I am interested in your research study if you would be interested in a patient that no longer has lesions but is still having symptoms.
I do need help. I have no insurance and I am not getting any answers yet they gladly keep taking what little money I make so. If you would be intersted in testing me, tell me where to be. P.s. I do have documentation
from University of New Mexico that clearly states that I came in for lesions in feb. 2002. Diagnosis was Mulloscum Contagiosum. (bs)
Anything We can do to get the proof we need. anything I can do to help.

Sorry for these lengthy posts.

Yes London, It was a subtle hint. I noticed some really wierd activity here lately. I supsect that we attracted a little virtual parasite from another blog ya know. be careful who you email and more importantly who you accept mail from. I know you said you didn't open anything that day. usally when we contract something bad, like our bodies, we don't realize it until later. I watch my traffic graphs and its like someone is trying to get in. I mean i use to see a pretty flat graph with occasional traffic that coincides with application support. you can see this through time charts that display bit transfer. But lately there has been abnormal activity. I believe it is tracking software(spyware). let me rephrase that. I know it is.
Also anyone managing a blog can access the I.P. addresses of those who post to that blog. An IP address is like your address. If the goverment gets it's way, Our ISP's will be force to let the goverment have unrestricted access to their records which inturn allows them the privilege, from your I.P, to know what address is registered to the I.P. assigned to the mac address on your modem. , and therfore potentially who you are; at least who is paying the bill.

* before you make changes to your system* after you downloaded all files neccessary TURN OFF your network. then uninstall the bs that is supposed to be protecting you and install the free stuff here that will protect you.
peace and safer surfing to all.

Hi All,

systemic : thank you...

I have suddenly noticed this feathery white fungal growth on a vent on a door leading to a dank, damp cellar.

I have enclosed an image.

Top left is the door with the vent.
Top right is a close up of the growth on the vent.
Bottom left is a 100x image of the growth. These three images were taken less than an hour ago....on Sept 22nd 2006...
the image on the bottom right was taken on Aug 12th 2006 and was in a scalp scraping.
I have enclosed another image from those I have taken today showing a blue color to some of the fibres.

Dear Sarrah Conner,

I am not sure if I have ever taken the time to officially welcome you to biology online. I wish to use this opportunity for just that. Glad you are with us, sorry you suffer.

Please know that biology online is a scientific forum. Most of us here are at different levels of education, research, comprehension, and stages of this disease. All of us here are looking for effective treatment and a possible cure. We try to stick to our goal of finding this by using science to the best of our ability. We try.

I am sorry to hear about your personal dealings with the Morgellons Research Foundation as you sound very hurt and disappointed by whatever transpired. I am no more of a fan than you are however I cannot allow this thread to be used to vent your frustrations inappropriately.

If you choose to divulge alleged information that was once held in confidence between you and any member of that foundation then I would ask you to please back it up with some proof and, making a point would be nice too. No, MFR lost creditability and public trust a long time ago, this is old news and dirty laundry stinks. And speaking about things that stink, well, it leads me to my very next point.

The morgiewatch site. I have refrained on commenting about that site and any one associated with it for a very long time now. I will agree that they are doing a fine job of keeping victims distracted and seemingly entertained as they spend endless hours of arguing about everything while accomplishing nothing.

What else can one really say about such a blogg that would publicly ridicule an innocent human being while on their death bed? Man, how much lower can you get? What a profession, making fun of people who are dying. This is the one time I actually wonder about the Alien theory because it is actions like that honestly make me doubt that some of these people could really be human.

Because of reasons above I would appreciate it if everyone just left any morgiewatch business on the morgiewatch site. Some of us do not forget so easily. Some of us still morn the loss of our friend.

And sorry to spill the beans, but Bugs Alive has nothing to do with being responsible for that site and he never has. That is a FACT! And yes you heard me correctly, it is a FACT jack!

Now ask yourself why anyone would want you to believe that in the first place?

Remember, it was Bugs Alive that at one time had the most research knowledge of any of us. I should know, he was my mentor. It is strange how he just seemingly disappeared is it not? :? :?:

I am 99.9% sure that Adapted had/has nothing to do with that site either.

By the way, Adapted once mentioned this “Molliscum Contagiosum” condition too. If I remember correctly I think she was diagnosed with it at one time as well. This “Molliscum Contagiosum” keeps popping up. Can anybody tell me why? What is the connection? Tam?

Ok London,

Yes we may in fact have such skin conditions as stated in the article you found. This "molluscum contagiosum" keeps resurfacing. Again, my Son's I.D. doctor looked at my lesions and said that they look like this disease/condition. She even wrote it on a piece of paper for me. She said that the black centers within my lesions were not consistent with this condition and was reluctant to say much more.....

Peace,
Lady Sabrina

Hope you have been ok Tamtam. With everyone getting hacked again and all, well, I am very concerned about you.

And we are getting hacked, again. :x

To Randy,

You said,

RANDY wrote: I am requesting the same thing that South has asked. Will you share the letter, please?
There is no letter he is screwing with you and you are letting him. That is so sad to read and see.

It reminds me of a wife saying "He did not mean to hit me and give me a black eye." “I still love him"

And you remind me of doubting Thomas, again! See Randy eat her words here.

1) The Morgellons Foundation will get the necessary publicity due to Ken Cowles to get this disease noticed.

Well that did not happen did it? MRF had how long to do something? Face it, you all would still be sitting at LB scratching your heads (no pun intended) if it were not for Tam’s video. The same video you doubted in the first place.

tamtam wrote:That CDC has been put under pressure because of the immediate attention in relation to the presentation of exclusive and revealing video footage is fact

This is a FACT!

The truth can indeed sometimes hurt. You are once again incorrect.

People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.

Randy predicts continued:

RANDY wrote: 2) A university, not Oklahoma, will apply to the NIH and get the grant I keep talking to you all about.

3) They will do the necessary research, find out what this is and then have the right to name it what they want to name it.
Maybe Morgellons, maybe not.

4) The NIH and CDC will pick it up.

Well, that did not happen either did it?

RANDY wrote: 5) we will get a healinf protocol.

Nothing from Tams video or the endless research we are doing by his cryptic talk will have anything to do with the end result of finding out what this is.

I will bet anyone $5.00 right now on my predictions.

That is all I have to say.

Randy

tamtam wrote:And that they defend their case with sending a registered letter to the institution and that they demand intervention and a written response.

Tam has advised all of us to do just what your new project is aiming at Randy. Why can’t you give this guy a break? You are always asking people what they have done to help yet you continue to bite the hand that feeds you and for the life of me I cannot figure out why. :?:

If you can rule out tamtam’s theory then by all means, please do so. If not then you are not being fair at all. :x

Thanks Lady Sabrina and Systemic,

I will be out of pocket for a brief while but will follow advice listed above. I'm glad you too also posted that Sabrina b/c when I read that Systemic had been diagnosed w/that I did not know to bring the topic up again or not.

Also, please note: Here is something else different about this site: My username with auto-log in function no longer works. I have to type the full username in everytime. (no big deal, I know, but just wanted you to throw that out there.) I did check the box deonting to remember this password but yet it still does not work.

Also somewhere-about a month ago, I posted an HIV document where it had photos in article of skin bumps.....looked just like what is in the middle of my back.....the are more elongated than round and sit in a patch. Size is about 3" for the entire patch. Each one (ridge) is anywhere from 1/2 to 1" long.

PS: The computer screen is not doing it today.....also, it did that too on that other blog site.....Take care everyone.......and Systemic, thanks for taking the time to write all that up.

If they (the F-ers) that F-up my computer to not replace it, then maybe they should be exposed.....look idiots, it's real simple, I stated what I want and that I'd go away and never return to any computer site. I'm not interested in blame (get it?) I just want to get better. Now, this is up to you. Don't underestimate us. Looks like simplicity is the essence of beauty, eh? I'm gone for a while and hopefully when I return all will be taken care of,,,,Yes, no more computer for me (at all ) for an entire week. I'm going to watch my PLASMA TV for the week.

Ken did get publicity but no money went to research until Cindy caused a fuss. For the publicity and only that I give them credit.

Whoever figures out the disease will name it.

Randy W has not gotten a grant as of yet.

Tam has just reperated what has been out there by Schwartz and it is a healing protocol not a cure.

The CDC is picking it up and the NIH will follow and Tams video had nothing to do with it all.

Tam has never once proven that anyone knows anything about him and I have checked out his CDC of Europe as you can and they do not know of him or his video and it still makes no sense.

So were you just trying to prove that I am a superior prediction specialist?

Pathetic

Postby RANDY » Sat Sep 23, 2006 12:00 am

Begging someone to show you something that they already told you about is not how science or scientist work.

Speaking in cryptic tak or making a video that is incorret is also not how scientist work.

Not contacting other scientist so you can brainstorm is also not par for the course.

He does not want to talk to anyone who knows science because they will discover he does noo know what he is talking about.

AND having people beg him to be a decent person is just really very very sad and anyone watching this site will think it is also pathetic.

I am not fighting with you I am just stating facts.
