I sent Sky a beutiful Easter photo and she wrote back and asked where i got it from/ I said Carl Zimmer and she wanted to know who that was...

You asked about melenin? All I know is that it is the pigment that makes your skin turn a certain color. i.e., like a freckle/ or a sunspot.....

or like those little brown/ gray spots we've been getting on us since our disease began....

wonder what the heck is making the spots ( light brown ones) on our carpets?

I'm still here - although .... that picture .... :shock:

there's actually lots of different type of melanin - but it commonly refers to the biological pigment.

It does, however, play a role in some illnesses caused by fungus, like Phaeohyphomycosis.

I could see the Melanin-Morgellons connection with the "black specks". Phaeohyphomycosis is pretty nasty though, compared to the average Morgellons presentation.

how about samll round white non-pigmented spots
and "age" spot accelerations. that is what I have seen.

There are some interesting articles here on the newest applications in nano tech - I think the black specks are quantum dots - speculation but it seems to have similarities.

I am going to try and assemble a plan where we might have this get-to-gether. I will be approaching other sufferers via other sites to see if this is feasible. I would very much like for 100+ infected persons to approach the infectious disease center in CDC ALL at the same time.
