Stomach Disconfort ??

hi
i have been having discomfort 2-3 inches below my right rib, it feels like a numb sensation or very slight cramp, i have bin having constipation but i don't feel any pain whatsoever.
I eat normal, but sometimes i feel a little like throwing up and i feel tired and sleepy.
I am not sure what the issue is, is it due to constipation or IBS or anything else, i am feeling a little stressed about this now.
i was 42kg now i am 61kg and i've gained weight and stomach.

can anyone help me out if they you have experienced something like this.
