nuclear acid probe labelingI am now preparing run-on assay,and I want some help about it. Dose anyone know it,and tell me some tips about it.
I donnot want label the probe with Isotope(radiolabeled). can anyone tell me the non-isotopel abeling methods . I hope it is sensitive,and popular accepted . Thanks a lot!
The DIG system by roche was the first one, there are plenty other available, but I have had good experience with them so link:
https://www.roche-applied-science.com/sis/lad/index.jsp and the manual that is available was generally a very good information for all Southern and Northern blot related thing (even if you use other products) Patrick
