You can download the emulator named as WINE. You can download WINE at http://www.winehq.org. After installed http://www.winehq.org/, you can install exe files on linux system.

Rasmol installer, is an .exe file. Linux distributions (like fedora) can not open .exe files. To open and install these files, firstly windows emulators to be installed on linux.

Wine is one of these emulators, that make able to install exe files on linux. If you have problem about installing Wine on linux, just ask.
