List of peer reviewed journals

Can anyone point me to a list of peer reviewed journals in bio/med on the internet?
And/or some clues about best way to check the relative status of journals?

I doubt every journal on this list is peer-reviewed. I don't know.

Your university might subscribe to the Ulrich database. This will tell you whether or not a specific journal is peer-reviewed.

We're looking for a list of journals having following information that would be useful for authors to decide where to submit their manuscript:

1. Indexed in pubmed (or other major databases)
2. Fee/cost to authors for review and/or publishing
3. Impact factor
4. Fee/cost to readers, either subscription or per article
5. Average time for review process and publishing a submitted manuscript
6. Publishers country of origin (time zone) and phone/email support or responsiveness
7. Ease of submitting a manuscript for review

Any help is appreciated
