Is this wikipedia picture misidentified (jellyfish)

It's file name is Chrysaora quinquecirrha, or the atlantic sea nettle

But I believe that is an example of Chrysaora fuscescens, or the pacific sea nettle

any other jellyfish enthusiasts here to tell me if I'm right or wrong?

Doesn't C. quinquecirrha usually have stripes or other patterns? and is not brown? and has less oral arms?
