Chemical Composition of HumanModerator: BioTeam

Chemical Composition of HumanHi! I am currently doing some deep research to try and figure out the EXACT values of each element found on the periodic table within the human body: basically, what is the human body made of? And I'm not looking at just a simple answer of "Oh it's mostly water and carbon", but more of an exact value like "1.5 mil carbon attoms, 1.2mil hydrogen atoms, 800k atons of iron, etc etc". Then what I would like to find out is if there is a place where i can find the same exact type values of different food items (the chemical composition of an apple, or a pear, etc), and the chemnical comositions of each nutrient (B12, A, C, Zinc, Iron, etc) per say single size, like 1mg, or 1ug.
I'm working on theories here myself and and would love any help that I can get! Thank you all!
