Handling Drosophila - Advice needed.

I have five Drosophila melanogaster in a milk bottle with mashed banana and damn cotton wool. I have sexed them as 2 female and 3 male. They are mating and I would like to transfer them into a clean bottle with new food before they lay. How would you suggest I do this? I use a thin rubber tube with cotton wool stretched over the end in my mouth. This works well for catching them from the wild, although it is a little risky and I don't want my fertilised females to escape.
