Skull identificationHello everyone,
I found this skull in Harper's Ferry, WV and have no clue about the animal. Can someone please help me? The first picture is the top view and the second picture is the side view. The width of the top of the skull is about the size of my hand when my fingers are spread out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
It's not a snake, when you look at it along what i assume to be the jaw it looks like "baleen" small filtering sort of fibrous structures that some whales use to filter small micro organisms out of the water such as krill, have ya got anymore pics of it? I think it is some sort of whale maybe? very interesting.
