HPLC amino acids standard

Hi, can anyone give me some suggestion on what is the recommended amino acid standard used for HPLC? I saw many different brand and manifacture when google it.

you mean like whether to pick aspartate or lysine? In such a case you must of course take all of them, because each should have different behavior. Of course the separation depends on your colony and conditions

Do you know which company brand is good and not too expensive?

well, the HPLC grade is always expensive. Sigma is reliable, but I don't know, whether you have some local providers.
