increase speed Kinesin/dynein

Hello

Does anyone have an idea of how you would increase de velocity of dynein or kinesin.


(maybe increase the hydrolisation of ATP? or increase the individual step size?

And talking about molecular motors.

Is there a way to increase the flagellar rotation speed?

Is is possible to increase the proton concentration by mean of engineering a V-type ATPase in the membrane that pumps in protons at the expanse of ATP?
