Hi, anyone know how to draw the circle plot as follow? it showed the conservations between different sequences .

I would use Cytoscape for such an graph, but I'm not sure, what should it say? The lines are your sequences? Why not to use only simple alignment?

I uploaded another figure that show the conservations between different chromosomes.my would draw a figure like that .but I DONT KNOW which software can do it/

I know your showed figure is drawed by Circos. but I think it cant show the three or more duplicated segment
between two sequecse, just like my pointed in the new uploaded figure
