Horseradish Peroxidase protein does not SHow up on PAGE gel

Okay, i ran HRP with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the buffer that i used to store the HRP is SOdium phosphate monohydrate and it worked out alright. I loaded the wells with beta-mercaptoethanol and all the proteins had sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS), all my proteins ran succesfuly on the gel except HRP which was NON-EXISTENT after i destained all the coomasie blue. Are there any reasons to why this happened?

I don't think that there is any reason, why shouldn't be one protein visible if is it present in sufficient amount...

How did you test for the presence of HRP and of the other proteins?
