Lysozyme liquid preparation

Hi, anyone know how to prepare lysozyme liquid from the crystalline powder? The powder is bought from Sigma.

I would weight 50 ml and dissolve in 1 ml of water or buffer, if you want ;) :lol:

Yes, that is the basic calculation. However, how about the amount of TRIS-HCL required to be added? The handbook only say using 10mM of TRIS-HCL, without stating the volume to be added. What I have done is I just use the autoclaved ultra clean water without adding the TRIS-HCL. The result coming out later was not so good.

just prepare the buffer and use it then to dissolve the lysozyme ;)
