nucleosides purification in a biotransformation process

i'm doing a job about purifying nucleosides from zymotic fluid in the biotransformation process.this process is made by Recombinant E.coli. i have read some papers about that ,but it seems that there are few methods . i wish that someone know about that topic? thank you very much.

you mean like E.coli produces nucleosides in some reactor and you want to purify them, right?
