Is the activation of B-cell by an antigen irreversible process? What happens if after the activation the antigen dissapears?
How many times B-cell devides after the activation?

The repertoire of a mice is 10^7 clones. But the potential is 10^11. Is the repertoire of a mice changes all the time? What is the typical time scale of the change?

Please, advice me a good book or review (Perelson's "Immunology for physicist" I already read) about immunology with less cartoons and more numbers.
