test-glucose, sucrose starch,carbohy.proteins quantitativelyHello!
Its Me again, what a nag am I hehe. I done more research and now I found out that you can do titration to test how much glucose is in the solution, i get this part now. But i need to test starch, carbohydrates and proteins quantitatively as well, so i am not sure, are there other tests for that? and if i get it right you just basically time how long it takes for the solution to decolourise. and put the results in a graph but how can the graph tell u the concentration if you are just timing it? this is very complicated topic indeed!!! hope someone can help me, i would very much appreciate it!! Re: test-glucose, sucrose starch, carbohy.proteins quantitativelyhey m no scientist but one question...why cant u just do colorimetry or use a spectrophotometer for quantitative analysis?? is it coz its like not accurate or is it coz titration is easier?? n how does titration work here??
