Transcriptome by organism

I'm looking to parse transcriptome files of E. coli K12 but can't find any strict transcriptome file formats. I'd use a genbank file but unfortunately the sub features of mRNA aren't defined for my purposes. Any insights on where I can track down the transcriptome of K12 without the hassle of fishing through other organisms?
